Massage Therapy

I’ve been practicing massage since 2011. My approach and style has shifted over the years as I have integrated various somatic and bodywork modalities into my practice. We’ll begin with an intake and then design a session that caters to your specific healing or relaxation goals. We address the full body- focusing on the muscular system and nervous system- to restore balance and a sense of ease.

I offer deep work in the form of connective tissue and myofascial release, soothing work through Swedish relaxation massage, and light-touch work that integrates somatics, Rosen Method and craniosacral.

I work with all shapes and sizes, as well as with queer and trans clients.
