Open restrictions in your fascia, movement, breath, and thinking. Unlearn the habitual patterns that keep you stuck in your ways.
Embody new possibilities.
Our patterns are often invisible to us because they happen under the level of conscious awareness. Whether it’s clenching a muscle as we walk, or holding ourselves back through self-limiting beliefs, these holding patterns can have a profound effect on our lives and sense of self.
Somatics is about introducing more awareness, more choice, more resilience, and more possibility into our bodies and lives.
Great for…
- increased bodily awareness
- softening and releasing hold held tension patterns
- emotional regulation/release
- working through physical, emotional, and/or creative blocks
- trauma integration
- regenerating a embodied sense of safety
What is a session like?
Sessions include a combination of bodywork modalities*, movement and breathwork, as well as coaching (if applicable) to help you move toward your healing goals.
Sessions are designed differently for each person, depending on what you want to get from it. We’ll begin with an intake and go from there.
This form of somatics happens mostly on the table, but can also include off the table somatic practices, movements, and coaching conversations, depending on your desired goals.
Bodywork will happen fully clothed, so please dress comfortably.
_________
The 1st session is always 1/2 off!
It’s hard to understand the potential of this work without experiencing it, so come on in!
_______
How often do I need to come in?
It depends on your goals!
A single session is great for increasing body awareness, and regulating the nervous system.
If you are interested in deeper transformative work, ongoing sessions are necessary. To heal and transform long-held patterns requires time and consistency, otherwise old patterns will sneak right back in. At least 6-8 sessions are necessary to begin with.
I also offer free consultations for those who want to learn more about the work before coming in.
___________
*Bodywork modalities I use include Strozzi/generative somatics, myofascial release, Rosen Method, and craniosacral.

Practicing the embodiment we need to create the world we want.
Thirdspace Somatics is a project that continues to bloom in new ways. It is my private practice as well as my passion project. It’s about embodiment. It’s about time-tested methods of healing, as well as experimentation and embodied research. It’s about cultivating new social practices to create new worlds as this one continues to unravel.
