Zoë Poulette

Zoë (she/her) is a white trans somatics coach and bodyworker living in Gainesville, FL on Timucua Land . She practices through the lineage of the Strozzi Institute and generative somatics, and holds a MA in Embodiment Studies from Goddard College and is finishing an MFA at Stetson University.

She is also a triple taurus whose practice is born from a love of sunrises, morning coffee, music, poetry, and plenty of cushions between all of the pressures of life.
