Welcome!
Thanks for checking out the practice library. These practices are designed to promote a deeper embodied awareness and sense of connection to the larger world.
They can be done alone or in a group.

Each practice includes a mini-lecture explaining when to use the practice, where it came from, and why it's relevant to personal and social change.
New practices will be uploaded occasionally.
The practices are in two categories.
Truly, the distinction between body and world is an illusion.
We are the world, not distinct from it. All of these practices will include drawing awareness both inside and out.
The BODY practices will start with internal awareness.
The WORLD practices are designed to extend and expand our awareness to see the world beyond our selves, with new eyes and ears.
